The Quest for Cuteness
What would it look like if you could bundle up all the cuteness in the world? My blog will seek to do just that. There are a million cute things worth looking at, talking about, creating and more. Of course, being the eclectic girl that I am, random things will also have to pop up- here, there, everywhere, I suppose.

Treat Your Cupcake Right
Etsy member Jeanette Zeis makes the sweetest little stands for cupcakes! Now, I know, 'tis a bit impractical to have a stand for a single little cupcake, but it manages to perfectly highlight the indulgence of such a treat. Aww.... all cupcakes should have such a perfect home. Check out her shop at http://www.etsy.com/people/vesselsandwares?ref=ls_profile
By Gum, It's a Dragon!
One of my best Sculpey creations to date. Polymer clay is so fun to create things with. Very time consuming though. I think this little guy took a couple hours. Kinda fragile, he is. His tongue used to be longer and he is missing a couple toes. Poor little guy. It's not easy being green. Maybe someday I will make him some family members.

The Greatest Adventure
I found this trio scouting around my house and garden looking for some faraway mountain. I told them they were near the Rockies which didn't seem very satisfactory to them. To lighten the heartache over being so lost, I baked them up some cupcakes, made up a few BLTs, and served it with some orange Kool-Aid. The one with the furry feet seemed especially enthusiastic about the snack. After telling me a few tales of their harrowing adventures, they set off again on their journey. I hope they stop by again soon...
Momiji Dolls
These little modern day kokeshi dolls are sure to melt your heart. I was lucky enough to start of a collection with three! of them all at once, since each of my children gave me one for Christmas. They are made out of resin, and have a tiny little compartment underneath that holds a tiny little "secret" note. They have individual names and quotes. Pretty darn sweet.
Silly Billy
"Let's go camping silly billy. Fresh air and green green grass. I like pumpkins and penguins."
Pixie
"You're a cup-cake pixie from a magic land. I like escapology and cups of tea."
Yee-ha! (She's my favorite!)
"We're wearing our twinkle shoes and shouting yee-ha! I like watercress and Maya Angelou."
There is a pretty nice site about these collectible dolls here: http://www.chocolatepixels.com/momiji.html or you can also see more at the official momiji site: http://www.lovemomiji.com/

Etsy Cuteness Pick of the Day
Etsy user YetiFactory makes this adorable little guy. I'm sure I'd sleep better with him by my pillow to chase away the nightmares. Go Yeti Go!
My Sock Dogs
Awww... Aren't they cute? I made one for all my favorite people for Christmas. What do you think? Are they cute enough that people would buy them on Etsy? Everyone needs a sock dog, despite what my hubby thinks.

The Art of Katie Cook
I'm not the biggest Star Wars fan, but who can resist making their own Yoda and Chewy boxes? Downloadable design and directions for these Easter boxes are here. Easter? Yeah, sure, doesn't everyone have Star Wars Easter decorations?

Faces of Children
Up WAY high on the cuteness factor are faces of children. This cute little guy was looking at animals at the Ueno Zoo in Japan. Those cheeks! Children are adorable. If they only stayed little... sigh...
My Etsy cuteness pick of the day
Etsy member knittingdreams has the most adorable little tiny mohair bear named Timu. He is must-see cute! So talented! I wish I knew how to craft such an item. :)
